1. Service Refunds

All spa and treatment services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Product Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if:

• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• You have a valid proof of purchase
• The product is not a personalized or custom item

4. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
